This agreement is a legal contract between you and China VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the VPN application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, text extraction, translation, or derivative development of the App or associated trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees, and such changes will be communicated clearly. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by those partners' respective terms of service.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data caps, system restrictions, or poor signal quality. Mobile carrier data charges and roaming charges are the user's responsibility.

Users are fully responsible for their own usage behavior. Although we strive to provide accurate route information, some status data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to download and install updates when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice.

Unauthorized use: refunds will not be provided if an account, license key, or digital entitlement is shared, resold, or used without authorization.
